Need to Get Hold of Selz Customer Support?

Selz Live Chat

If you haven’t used our live chat yet, give it a try. If you are on any of our paid plans, then Live Chat is embedded in your Selz Dashboard. It’s the little purple chat button at the bottom right of your screen.

You can chat us with any of your questions and one of our Customer Success Specialists will get back to you as soon as they can (we’re replying in about 1 minute on average right now…woo!).

This is a great way to get instant support or ask a simple question while in your account.

Selz Email Support

Our email support is always available to you when you email [email protected] This is a great option if you have more in-depth or technical questions so that we can make sure your questions are answered thoroughly.

Please allow some extra time if you’re reporting a bug or asking for development help so we can get your questions into the right hands.

Selz Webinars and Videos

Maybe you’re new to Selz and need some extra customer support, or maybe you’ve been using Selz for a while but need that extra push. We offer incredible webinars with Selz experts that will walk you through the features of the platform.

Selz Expert Sessions

Our ecommerce experts can provide free consultations with you to talk about how Selz can expand and promote your business. In these sessions, we will also connect you with other valuable offers and resources.
